Was involved in a rear end collision involving a semi where I was getting pushed down the highway for several seconds. I didn't really feel anything at first, but when the shock/adrenaline wore off later, it wasn't great. The insurance company initially gave me a pretty low offer. Bree was the paralegal assigned to me and did a good job keeping me up to date on things. Once things were wrapping up, I had an online meeting with Mr. Queener to fully discuss the whole situation. Please reconsider using this Injury Lawyer for your needs. CAUTION: Queener Law, Nashville, TN I had a car wreck in October 2019 but was also dealing with a Divorce (after 24 years). I am on a fixed income. My car wreck was accepted by Queener Law, even though Queener Law delayed their authorization to Medicare (Dec 2020) in taking my case. Because of the delayed authorization I was told by Medicare that my attorney failed to receive Intent to Collect letter’s notifying us that interest would start accruing by Feb 2021. A Delayed Disbursement Ltr from my lawyer was needed within 60 days to stop the accrual of all interest in my case. No LTR from Queener Law. This happened to me: Car Wreck October 2019 Covid hit and no court cases. August 10, 2020 Legally Separated January 12, 2021 Mediation January 19, 2021 Divorced February 2021 Home sold 2 days. February 26, 2021 Closing on our home. February 2021 Interest started accruing on my car wreck. There were many delays getting into court, for my car wreck, I thought my lawyer was handling my case. I was so wrong. Now into year 2022. Mediation on my car wreck started in April 2022 not settling until July 2022. In the meantime my unpaid debt to the Department of Treasury/Medicare had been turned over to Recovery Services to collect. My last communication with the recovery agency was April 2022. According to my lawyer there was an agreed upon final payment from the Recovery Collection Service but in July 2022 it had already been turned over to another Collection Service which Mr Queener had not bothered to check and verify any information. In July 2022 my car wreck settled and ALL settlement money was sent to my lawyer, Mr Henry Queener for distribution. Distribution was only to himself, me (his client) and my debt, to Department of Treasury/Medicare for overpayment on my medical with the correct amount of the debt. I received documentation, from Queener Law at this time showing my case was resolved and settled. I was Wrong! Seven (7) months later March 2023 there is a payment taken out of my SS Income to begin repaying my debt to Department of Treasury/Medicare for the debt had now received additional interest in accrued debt. I tried to call my lawyer but ended up talking with the Kentucky, Para Legal in their office who told me the check issued by Queener Law in August 2022 to the Recovery Services Office had NOT been processed/cashed in the past 7 months! Why? Why wasn’t Queener Law concerned about his business check he issued, 7 months ago, for his client’s debt to Medicare clear? My lawyer was gaining interest on my money for 7 months just sitting in his account and my debt owed to DOT/Medicare went unpaid! Even today I have received no documentation or reimbursement from Queener Law and the only refund I received was $4.25 from Medicare after they used the reissued check from Queener Law with the wrong amount and used my additional income to pay this debt!! I don’t have any documentation from Queener Law resolving any issues or showing me closure to my Car Wreck. My lesson learned the hard way but maybe because of what happened to me it will help the next person make a better decision. There was a prior review from a previous client that was right on…. What she went through I did too. There was little success in my case, does Queener Law feel his office was successful keeping his clients money, & no documentation provided for closure? My Divorce Lawyer referred me to his longtime friend Mr Henry Queener, of Queener Law, Nashville, TN because he was unable to handle both my divorce and car wreck.

Where do I begin? A year to the day, after a car accident that left me in constant pain from multiple soft tissue injuries (that AMA doctors don't seem to recognize or even know about), I was informed by the car insurance company that the case was closing and that eventhough they walked with me through that year of seeing doctors, therapists etc and kept telling me we'd finalize when I was healed, they suddenly said they would only cover the first 12 weeks and that everything else was on me to handle financially. The best attorneys for the job they got me a settlement I didn't know there was a government lean for my assets so they had the right to take all of my money and this law firm the Queen attorneys negotiated with the outside entity so they wouldn't take all of my money and get me paid still all in all it wasn't what it was supposed to be because of the outside entity but I still got something so great lawyers great firm very nice people they really keep you in mind
