This company is handling the closing on the sale of our house and the communication has been the worst ever. We have signed 3 extensions to the contract to date and are now being told although our contract ends tomorrow they will close the day after tomorrow. No call, no notice and this is costing us an additional $2000 in insurance expense due to.the closing not occurring by the contract . I would not recommend this company . Their communication has been non existent. Had we not called today when our paperwork did not arrive as promised we would have not been they have pushed a closing PAST our contract date. This is wrong and will cost us $2000 tomorrow because they cannot follow through per the contract and have not been courteous to even inform us. .
