I don't know what these experiences are supposed to feel like, but I felt safe and taken care of. I called the Quirk team from the site of the accident and they walked me through what to do. From beginning to the very end I felt like I had someone watching over me and I didn't have to "think" and everything eventually settled the way I hoped it would.

Terrible very unorganized and got upset with me because I told them they were kept my case preventing me to look elsewhere so after having my case for month hadn’t never sent me to a doctor when finally got me one the doctors spent months trying to contact them to approve my medical appointments ! Then they sent me for mri very vastly in morning now I’m already a disable adult I get there waited hr thru come out tell me oh we csnt see you the attorney office has your info Slm wrong therefore we csn get you your appointments now sense they had my case so damn long I confronted them about all the back went through well they decided they couldn’t work with me because I spoke up regarding them wasting my time and my case damaging my case they should be sued!! Don’t waste time going here you will regret it I only speak the truth and they csnt handle the truth

To clarify, we did authorize treatment with two providers. The first provider confirmed an MRI was set, but there was no show. The second provider informed us that you confused the dates. Afterwards, you called our office. We called you back, but you disconnected the call with the legal assistant after demanding to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor called, and you disconnected that call. At that point, it was evident that the relationship was beyond repair, and we asked the referring service to find new lawyers to represent you.
