I had a fall at the fault of another. I was referred by another firm. The team at Freddy walked me through the whole process and got me my reward! I needed only to provide the info they requested and they handled the rest. The more responsive and willing you are o work with their the team, the more theyre able to help you. I hope to never need them again, but if i do, I will def be calling them!
What impressed me most was the strategic mindset paired with genuine concern for people. Everything was explained clearly, without pressure or confusion. It’s obvious this is someone who knows how to advocate effectively.
