Wonderful outcome! Mr. Waddell recently appeared 3 times for me in court and achieved desired outcome. He was very communicative and patient. Mr. Waddell is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to business and family law matters, and has good working relationships with other attorneys, well respected by all. Would hire him again.

Very professional, timely, and proficient in getting a dismissal. I can say he listened, understood the dynamics of the case and got things done. He was timely about court proceedings and informing me with what I should expect when entering the court.

I would NOT recommend this individual to represent you as your attorney. I hired him back in May 2024, he promised to work on my family law case by initiating a emergency order and an initial motion to modify custody yet never did anything while I provided him with the necessary paperwork/evidence. It took over 2 months to get ahold of him, & yet to my surprise nothing was ever filed with the county clerk's office (OSCN). His excuse was a family matter, yet he never responded to any my calls, texts, nor my numerous emails. It took filing a claim with my credit card company to get him to respond after numerous attempts via multiple methods, which ultimately jeopardized my case. It is currently October, and I have still yet to receive my full refund as he tried to claim that he was entitled to a portion even though nothing was ever done on his end. I paid him in full, yet he insists to return partial refunds that is costing me in terms of additional fees because he refuses to refund my full retainer of $3,622.50. In closing, I have it on good authority to report Mr. Waddell to the OK BAR association for his unethical practices all of which I have organized/collected. Feel free to reach out to me for further proof/advice, as I had to hire a new attorney. Save yourself the time/headache as well as your hard-earned money, as this individual is untrustworthy. The multiple attorneys that I have spoken to in the OKC metro area all concur that this is how he treats his clients. I would have never hired him as my counsel, had I known this is how he operates his private practice. STAY FAR AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. UPDATE 11/4/24: it is currently November and I still have yet to receive my full refund. And what this attorney is saying in response to my end is absolutely FALSE. He went missing for over the course of 2 months and never returned any of my phone calls emails or text messages, he is simply trying to cover up the fact that he did not do his job and I had to hire another attorney. Everything was provided on my end even though he claims otherwise. I had to hire another attorney because of his negligence, he still hasn't refunded my full retainer. He was hired back in May 2024 and here it is November 2024 and I'm still dealing with this matter. Save yourself from this incompetent lawyer, I'm in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Oklahoma bar association for his unethical practices. Attached are screenshots of my correspondence with this abysmal lawyer. Mind you he goes missing for 2 months without any explanation and without being able to be reached. Instead of refunding the full retainer amount here I am requesting time and time again for him to refund my money. Please do NOT waste your time with this unethical lawyer. The other 1 star reviews reinforce the fact that he is NOT to be trusted. This is how he runs his private practice and treats his clientele. The individuals that pay his salary nonetheless. It's never his fault, keep that in mind.

Bad communication, he never responded timely to my emails. I had to drive in-person to his office to figure out what was going on and finally get the dashcam footage. Missed court dates for me where we had to continue them. Then he finally told me that it wasn’t worth pursuing my case, even though I had a solid case. Made me sign an agreement that he did everything good just so I could get a deferred sentence. Dudes a sleezeball. Promises you the moon and you barely get a cracker. Would not recommend.

Mr.Todd i knew you will shamelessly go to reply to my husband Deric. Saying he was not your client but guess what you and i know he hired you i didn’t hire you. He paid you to defend me just because you convinced him you were a good lawyer I didn’t pay you. First right infront of me you made him pay you $1500 through cashapp. After the payment you became a ghost one lie to another it was even a problem for you to respond to your text messages or calls. First court date I almost got you fired because you were late we even got into an argument and you were trying to have me go on a pled on a crime I didn’t commit. I make so much money to even think of stealing items worth $38 dollars at Walmart. I realized you were a scam lawyer and I wouldn’t let my husband put in more money for you to take me to trial, that is the more reason why i decided to choose the non contest plee to get the case dismissed. Do you know how many court case you missed or do you even know I had a court case yesterday? I can never recommend you to anyone.To end I had a bad feeling about you from the day my husband told me about you. Don’t bother to come here and respond to me by justifying what you and know about but my God will judge you at the right time you might get away with all your victims money but just some day you will get caught out with all your lies.

Just like someone mentioned in their comment, this man is so untrustworthy. He takes your money and vanishes into the thin air and doesn't show up in court or comes late. He will not try to defend you but rather talk bad against you. He will lure you to pay him more money to take the case to trial when he knows very well that he will disappear soon after he receives your money. If you say no to that, he will accuse you of being guilty of the accusations. The truth is that, how would you trust a ghost and a liar to represent you in a trial? If you trust this man with your case, get ready for a cardiac attack.

I am updating my previous review. Todd has now made a partial payment for services a few months back but ultimately not completed, as he never formally appeared in court on my behalf. I am awaiting the remaining balance. My case experienced significant delays and I had to seek new legal counsel. I will further update this review upon receipt of the full agreed-upon amount.

Do not hire this guy, He misses court dates, No communication with his Clients. He also spoke with the other attorney more than he spoke with me, which is a major conflict of interest. The bar association should ban this guy from ever practicing Law.

Used Todd awhile ago for a child support modification case. Did a solid job and saved me from getting crushed by DHS. Will use again in the future.

I am leaving a review solely based off Mr. Waddell told me when we spoke on 4-5-2024 that I had a case and he would represent me. He told me about a filing fee and also for me to send him a detailed description of what the pharmacist said to me upon entering the store to pick up my high blood pressure medication..He told me he would call me this week to discuss a plan of action regarding my case and each and every time I called and left a message for him to please call me, he absolutely NEVER EVER DID!! I feel Hopeless disgusted, I feel horrible inside after what that man said to me that day! It has affected my sleeping, eating, and other aspects of my life I will not go into detail about..If you didn't really want to take my case that's all you had to say to me and I would of gladly kept looking somewhere else! I do not want to let something like this linger on or go away like it never happened because if it were your wife, or sister, or even you, you would of been hurt, angry, embarrassed belittle, felt racially profiled and all thee above!! Its no excuse for you not even answering my emails at least to say , Hey I don't have time to take your case or whatever the reason was you flat out re refused to call me back.. I will figure it out, I always do..I hope you sleep good at night knowing you treat human beings like this..I can't believe it to be quite honest after Justin said you were the best at what you do! Well, guess that didn't age well!!

Please don’t trust the reviews and this lawyer. He will take $1500 from you and never file a thing. After he gets your hard earned money. He won’t return your calls and always straight to a full voicemail box. Had to call him from a work phone to get him to answer my call. Then u go to his office which isn’t really an office in a Caremax home health care building. And he will sit you in a conference room with no privacy. U can call the bar association but good luck on what will happen. It’s sad that he’s out here finessing folks for hard earned money and nothing is done about it. I would give him zero stars if I could. He will demand more money to file your case after he takes your $1500. Which he will never file and will tell you different prices as time goes on. U have been warned so don’t end up like many others.

I hired Todd as my attorney a couple years back and he put more work and effort into my case than what I paid for and I appreciated that way more than he realized. It showed me who is and isn't worth contacting because I previously had attorneys in the past who had just treated me like my case os just so small we will do minimal to help you.
