Do Not Waste your time. I paid this lawyer $200 part of my pymt for services and never heard from them again. They completely failed to follow up, return calls, or provide any kind of update. It’s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional to take someone’s money and then disappear. I expected at least basic communication, but instead I was left in the dark. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone looking for dependable legal help. His attitude was not professional when I asked for a refund. Wayne you should be ashamed for taking my money.

Wayne is an excellent attorney. I have went to him for a while wide variety of issues over the years. My family has used him for 30 years. When you talk to him in his office he will be doing 10 other things while you are talking to him and in your mind you think he is not listening but he hears every word you say he is just really good at multi tasking. He has always gotten the job done for me and has always gotten me the result I wanted. He goes above and beyond to help you in any way he can. I had a criminal charge one time I was really stressing over and didn't have a lawyer, at the time I didn't have the money to hire one. I ran into him at the courthouse, he was there for a case in another courtroom and he stopped to speak to me and asked me why I was there. I explained the situation and he told me not to worry about that, I thought he was just saying I was worrying too much. 5 minutes later he walked me in front of the judge, got the charges dismissed and had the charge expunged off my record. I asked him what I owed him for that, it was such a relief. He told me not to worry about it, there was no charge he had to be there anyway. When you hire Wayne you can stop worrying and stressing he's got you covered.

In my advice I would try to use anyone but Wayne culperson I don't have experience with the other ones in the office but with Wayne he is very mean when we are very scared in the situations that we go through I have tried to use him on two different occasions he acts like he doesn't have time for you and he has made me feel worse than when I did before I spoke to him I didn't do anything wrong it was me needing his advice and help on victim perspective I would definitely try someone else in the office or a different law firm in general I have never been treated so poorly and I've spoke to many over the phone I feel that once you've been in this profession for many decades once you start hating your job you need to lay it down and retire

I asked for an appointment for a phone consultation to discuss divorce. The receptionist put me through to some guy who was extremely rude, angry, and hung up on me. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

So I called this office 2 weeks ago regarding a medical malpractice/sexual misconduct case. The office staff were nice but once I finally heard back from the lawyer he was not. He said you don't have an injury you don't have a case. You have no proof of nothing I can't help you. Is doing something wrongful against procedure without my prior consent and knowledge not wrong? Seems like Wayne just sees everyone as a waste of his time with the way he talked to me.

I needed help and Samuel was the right guy. He lead me in the right direction. He was able to calm my worries and advise me on ways to be more professional. All in all this guy is down to earth calm not aggressive. Most definitely does not treat you like he knows more he spoke to me on my level. From my point of view the right choice for anyone that cannot decide. Not to mention he is also highly educated in the medical field.

I hired Mr Culbertson and I believe he meant me well at the beginning of my case. My case involved severe DV. I gave him medical records, pics/abuse, police reports & more. At one point Mr C could no longer look me in the eye. One meeting he informed me he was going to keep a close watch in my case but he was going to let another att assist him. Concerned I ask him if he was going to show Judge * my evidence. He said if I show Judge * this he will be furious. Being in my state of mind I thought he meant the judge would be mad at me. Fast forward-at the end I still had high hopes of walking in freedom from abuse. But, Mr C did not tell me a last minute motion had been filed against me. That goes against the TN Oath he took in order to help hurting people. The motion could hv been easily defended but he used that motion to throw my case in my abuser favor. He ignored the law of the land. He can win your case but he knows how to loose it if he decides to. I received pennies on the dollar on the money my abuser was trying to steal from me. My abuser is in monthly control of my livelihood. I still deal with great hardship daily. Ambushed by my own attorney.
