Avoid at all costs. He lost a major case for my wife who lost control of her Sportster after hitting a 3" deep manhole on a freshly slurried road. Two municipalities were involved which he never filed the required notice of claim within 90 days against them per NYS law, on the summons and complaint didn't even have the county correct where the accident occurred. A total mess! This was in 2021 and we are still paying out of our pockets for medical not covered.
