She does not care about her clients. She did nothing to help me. It felt as though she represented the other side. She would contact me with demands from the other side. She would demand I do these things. For me? She did nothing. The whole litigation she was hired for was for an issue I had brought before the courts. She did nothing to help me, but only the other side. She does not care about the kids involved or what is best for them. If you want an attorney that is on your side and willing to fight for you go with anyone But her. She wouldn’t even let me speak. She over talked me and would not even hear my concerns. She did nothing I asked of her. Its devastating to invest time and money into such a careless person. I am trying to do what is best for my babies. This woman will cost you everything even your babies. Please be careful!

She is rude and a liar. The entire time she was supposed to represent me she did nothing to help. She flat out told me she was working with the other side after supposing to me my attorney for months. Do not hire her. She is a dirty attorney. She will work with the other side to ensure they win. She is not loyal to her clients she just wants a payday.

I was going through a divorce and Rachel wasn't even my lawyer, she was my wife's lawyer, I chose not to hire a lawyer, but whenever I had a question about anything, she was always willing to help out, and just wanting to get this process over with as smooth as possible, nobody likes going through a divorce, I'm giving her five stars, because she didn't have to help me at all, but she did and she was always nice and seemed like a very good-hearted person, thank you Rachel

Money hungry with zero results, waste of time and money. You just violated attorney-client privilege, you probably don't know what that is.

After dealing with some of the awful human beings involved in the family court system I can honestly say that Ms. Howell is the example that should be set for the rest of you to follow. I’m a unique client because I found myself having to try & sell my case to every attorney I contacted. It wasn’t a good feeling having multiple attorneys accuse you of leaving information out when explaining my case which at this point was at least 9 months in. Not a cryer but at that point I was struggling. When I called Ms. Howell it was at least 6pm in the middle of the week so after hours for most but at that point I was just making way down the list that google found. She answered so then I had to explain my situation. First thing I noticed was that even though I could definitely sense the hesitance, she never once questioned the legitimacy of what I was explaining and never once did I feel as though I was being prejudged. Doesn’t sound like much but for me the fact I wasn’t half way in tears and I got off the phone and didn’t feel even worse than before the phone call I was doing good. That alone was like a weight lifted. I was just happy to have representation at that point. Paid the retainer that evening and next morning I’m getting messages requesting basic information pertaining to the case. Just normal stuff. It took a few days after she entered her appearance that we actually spoke again and that’s when I knew I made the right choice. To finally speak to an attorney that wasn’t questioning your honesty and in fact was in just as much disbelief as I was, again a weight lifted. So she explained her game plan and said she was going to do this, that. etc. I’ll admit I was in a constant state of skepticism so when she told me she was going to do things like review the videos from the case I was thinking “yeah ok.” At least 9 months in on a complete disaster of a case I seriously doubt that. Wrong. Ms. Howell did everything she said she was going to do. After her first appearance in court I knew I didn’t have to worry about whether or not my attorney was going to show up or if she would be on time. It seemed like every day for a couple weeks straight I was being made known of something filed in the case that up that point I hadn’t been unaware of. She reached out to me the day before every one of our hearings to verify I would be in attendance. When I say she was on top of it I’m telling you she stayed on top it at all times. Now that I’ve made a novel out of this I’ll leave you with what I feel is the most unique and one of the most important qualities Ms. Howell brings to the table and that’s her willingness to act on YOUR behalf. I can tell you from first hand experience that if you want someone that’s going to legitimately fight for you then you found her. I’m not even kidding when I say there were times I almost felt like she may have been more fired up than I was. Ms. Howell is genuine. I knew she was genuinely on my side every time we walked into the courtroom where it felt like everyone was against me and she had no problem standing up for me and that speaks volumes. I can’t say enough about her. I can only speak on the services she’s provided in the family court but I have to assume her work ethic extends to any other areas of law she works in. Ms. Howell is legit.

Hiring Rachelle for my divorce was probably one of the best decisions I could have made for myself. She took on my divorce case while also helping navigate a rather difficult ex husband. She helped advise me on my best options in handling the divorce so that I felt more aware of what was going on. The legal system is hard to navigate but if I had questions she would get back to me within a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for someone who will go to bat for you.
