Very blunt

I came to here. The lady helps me that is a legal assistant. She seems help at first and I so appreciate her. I provide for her every information such as pictures, records, insurances from both sides. But after few months still not hear anything back from her even a phone call. So I needed to call her back and ask about my case, she said to wait, she also said she did not receive any information from me...?? WAIT? Why don't you save the client's information? You still can find back by email though???? I provide everything AGAIN for her and yes, it was a big delay for me. Then she said my case is hard, you need to wait for long, she said her lawyer need to solve other big cases first. If you cannot do it, just let me know at the first time, I will find another one, just wasting my time in this business. I know you guys have a lot of cases to help. But I am also your client, even my case might not big like other but I came for the help not to see the ignorance. How can you solve my case without saving the information? I don’t even receive a care from them!!!! POOR SERVICE lead to poor business :)

Don't waste your time. You'll get FAR less than what they elude to!

I didn't find this law firm's work professional. After six months of working with them, including medical appointments and therapy, for them to tell me they're going to abandon the case and not continue raises serious questions. I just expected a letter explaining why they're leaving the case.

Everyone from the receptionist to the legal staff are exceptional. They were all working towards the goal of settling my case. I was constantly kept up to date. You get the feeling that you are their only case.

Completely mishandled from day one. Never got settlement 3 years and counting. Attorney promised cash money in your pocket but never delivered! Beware Beware. Very shady partnership with chiropractors and DR's referred. Be aware. Next call to Tx Attorney Board.

THEY SUCK

I had my first accident and did not know what to do afterwards. Thankfully, after calling Rad Law Firm they were able to take care of everything. It was like a weight lifted off my shoulders. They were professional and explained everything very well. There were times where we didnt hear from then in a while about our case but a quick call assured us that our case was being taken care of and they explained why there had been a wait.

My case was resolved in 4 months afer a car accident and I had my check in hand at that point. Rad Law Firm is great about negotiating fees to bring more $ into my pocket. I appreciate the help with doctor referrals also. I unfortunately, got into another accident this past year in December and now that it is May, my final claim has already been billed to the insurance. Looks like this will be resolved shortly as well.

I hired the Rad Law Firm after a truck accident and it took a long time, over 3 years for the case to settle so I could move on with my life. The attorneys I worked with were very professional and sympathetic to what I was going through. Ana and Phyllis were absolutely amazing, anytime I had a question I would either call or email them and they would get me answers very quickly. Phyllis always touched base with me to make sure I understood the process and I never felt like I was out of the loop. This law firm cares about their clients, i hope I never have to hire an attorney again but if I do I know that the Rad Law Firm will always be my first choice.

Got these guys really didn’t know what to expect. Had a case going for about three years it went smooth no hassles no hard times they were honest up front and kept me notified every step of the way. I would recommend them to anybody who needs this type of firm. Thanks guys.
