I was involved in a car wreck that resulted in a TBI and Rad Law Group had my back the entire time. They provided information for multiple different doctors and how to contact them. Not only did they help me get a substantial settlement, but also gave me extremely thorough guidance in how to treat my injury. They provided extremely prompt advice and recommendations any time I needed a medical expert, from MRI Specialists to Behavioral Psychologists. Jessie, Charlie, Odessa and of course Peyman were so caring and thoughtful behind each action taken in my case. I highly recommend them if you or someone you know has been involved in an auto accident. If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would!

Beware of anyone who avoids providing documented communications via email or properly identified calls—relying on mere lip service could leave you exposed and liable down the line. My experience with Peyman Rad was extremely disappointing. Very dishonest person. Here are the key issues I encountered: Minimal communication: Received one-line emails ("tx") and anonymous no caller id calls. Lack of transparency: No monthly bills and no responses to invoice requests. Unexplained delays: Unannounced personnel changes and stalled case progress. Termination issues: Services were terminated due to lack of progress—and an FBI report—only to be hit with a $200K+ bill. Negligence: Ignored multiple warnings about an active warrant, leading to severe legal complications for me. Financial impact: Delayed my bankruptcy case, worsening my already dire financial situation. I cannot recommend his services.

You will NOT regret working with Rad Law Group. I was especially blown away by Ms. Wang’s work ethic - super punctual, hard-working, and the MOST empathetic and supportive lawyer a client could ever ask for. Peyman Rad promised to fix the problems in our case, but then we noticed he delayed the deadlines, didn't answer our emails or gave short, unclear responses. He didn't notify me about his correspondence with the other party, which was my biggest complaint. I was never informed of what was happening with the case, which was so frustrating. In addition, his staff is so confused and our point of contact changed many times during my year and a half with him. Even his own staff stopped working with him after a while. Mateen, one of his staff, is very confused and does not work on the case effectively. In spite of his bragging about his abilities, Peyman Rad does not even work as much as a medium-level attorney due to his high rates. To get anything done by him, you should email him more than three times. Anyway, his worst feature is that he does not forward his correspondence to you.
