Great easy to work with lawyer

Have to say I loved the threats of jail time. Was fun playing your ego to help eliminate charges you tried to have against me. Nothing on my record either and you got beat by someone you were warned about. I believe the words were " treat him with respect otherwise he'll let you think he's stupid and he'll play games with you and get away with it". Thank to all your screw ups and those from brie I stopped the divorce and used you. I was the opposition so of course there is no client record of me as I was the only you tried to win against by telling lies to my wife and to the courts.

Not impressed. Looked like the two lawyers were working together. He yelled at me the last time at and told me he was going to quit if I didn’t go with what he was saying. Was a complete waste of over 25,000. Wouldn’t recommend.

My experience was awesome. I went in to set up a trust and from the very get go it was a smooth process. Pam the receptionist is so funny and welcoming and knows her stuff. Her communication was impeccable. And Mr Radovich him self was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had, customized my Trust exactly as I asked, explained every step and legalities of each section. He's friendly kind and also knows his stuff. He isn't like the money hungry larger firms that over charge just because they can, he was very fair for his time. All in all my experience was very favorable. His daughter is to be taking over in the future and I'm positive his qualities will be passed down for hopefully many more years of great quality legal work. Ps. Don't belive the none existing fake customer bad review left here. Someone spamed them who they didn't even have as a customer. So possibly someone got the wrong lawfirm info to post a negative review.

I don't know who brie is but I know the man who was a lawyer at this law firm in 2019 think his name was George was a amazing man and I use to serve this kind hearted lawyer at hardees in heights if brie is his family member I'm sure she's just as good as him hello George hope all is well

Update: Just wanna say thanks. If it wasn't for your ego I would have faced jail time. Instead I used your own request in district court against you and the district prosecutor to get charges dropped. Funny you were warned to treat me respectfully yet you made accusations ,which i was able to prove false, (seriously next time be 100% that the accused couldn't pass a drug test) and threats against me that I decided I was gonna be a pain. You had cops called on me multiple times. 1 time me and the officers had a laugh right across the street from your office over you calling them on me for nothing. Best one was the final arrest... ya if it wasn't for me planning it out and counting on your ego I would have been in serious trouble, BUT you assumed which cost the district attorney 3 cases total against me. Thanks for that one stipulation you wanted from the district court about how so long as there was a judicial order of protection in place the district order of protection would not over rule or go into affect at all. That's why I got the judicial MODIFIED.. it was still in effect. So when you had me falsely arrested for violation of a district order that by your set parameters would not be in effect that's all I needed. So thank you George cause without your ego I wouldn't be in my child(ren) life/lives, you would have won instead of me winning.

Love how this lawyer set my wife up for perjury just because he had an ego and thought he was right. Shouldn't make accusations like drug abuse in official documents that can be proven easily to be false. Once I showed her what he had her signed and all the lies vs what I had filed we came up with a way to make sure our marriage was saved. "Many people sit in this office thinking they are smarter than me well guess what your not." That statement to me was your downfall and the start of me making things harder for you. Illegal to speak with judges about cases with out opposing counsel present even if there are self representing George.

I am very thankful that Brie handled my divorce. She is professional, knowledgeable, and on top of her game. I love the front desk lady, and we are almost friends now. I speak to them almost weekly, and they are always available. Brie fights for her clients with a expert knowledge of the law.

I inquired to setup an appointment to seek council and the receptionist declined to set up a consultation after receiving information of my wife's attorney and the judge appointed. I'm glad that I was able to secure an attorney elsewhere that properly represented me.

I filed my divorce now 3 years ago and Brie has been there ever since. She has always been professional and let me know exactly what I could expect. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I will never understand the “bad” reviews this business has gotten. Consulting in/retaining an attorney doesn’t mean they can make something out of nothing. You still have to put in work to help them help you. Pam at the front desk is also super friendly. 5/5 would very much recommend!

This Firm has Helped my Mom with 4 of her kids and now this firm has helped me with my kiddo, Brie was my lawyer and has amazing communication and always had answers when I needed them, and achieved the outcome I wanted in my case

Do not bother with these people. The intake person was rude as soon as she answered the phone. I am desperately in need of legal representation, and they acted high and mighty and provided not an ounce of help. Whoever answers the phones needs to learn how to be kind and respectful to those looking for help, and get off of their high horse!
