This is the worst place, don't go there. I'm handling my case, the lawyer never answers me, they just made me sign my case. Find another lawyer, this is a scam.

I wanted to share my positive experience of Rafi Law Group. My attorney Benjamin Traver was excellent. He really went above and beyond with everything from medical providers to making sure all my questions were answered. I cannot imagine trying to navigate through this whole process without his expertise. I highly recommend using Rafi Law Group.

Great experience

Little to no communication, every time I called to ask for an update on my case I had to leave a message, they were supposed to return the call within 24 hours but never did. After almost a year they said they can’t represent me because the other person only had liability insurance and they dropped me as a client. They suggested I take them to civil court instead.

The lady who answered the phone, vivían I believe, was very helpful even though I wasn’t sure how to go about it. She was very helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend anyone who is unsure to give them a call before hand so she can help you out.
