I was referred to Dan a few years ago when another attorney had let my case completely slip through the cracks. Dan immediately got to work and resolved my case in a timely and satisfactory manner. He was always professional and responsive which unfortunately is NOT common these days! Years later he and his team (Jennifer, a new addition has also been so friendly and helpful) are still a trusted resource for me whenever I have a personal injury concern. Friendly, honest, and efficient, I couldn't ask for more.

Beware this law firm was representing me for a SSA SSDI claim however after 9 months and talking with 3 different people as well as the last person calling me and asking me to call social security office and find out the status of my claim and letting her know. I found out that my claim had been closed out January 29th due to this group not filing 4 different forms with them that caused social security after 6 months to have to close it out. Now I am starting the whole process over again. I signed and sent in a wet signature via certified mail so the law group could file in my chart and send over to social security which was one thing that never made it over. Not once have I ever been contacted by this group with any updates but saying that it's still going good or it's still moving forward or the last time was you need to call and put us on there to receive updates. I hope other people have a better experience but they have caused nothing but anxiety and grief over them handling this for me.
