Shantal SUCKS. Who hires someone like this to answer calls or questions. Extremely rude and unprofessional. When calling for a consult, your answers shouldn't be mostly UM'S and IDK. What a joke. Can't imagine the attorney is good if this is who he has taking calls. DO YOUR TEAM A FAVOR AND GET RID OF HER.

Where can I start? From beginning to end I got nothing but great advise and on how to go about my case. He was hands on and I didn’t talk to operators when I needed to get ahold of him and when I couldn’t reach him he’d return my calls. Excellent firm and excellent attorney

Ralph Swartz is just plain rediculous! They Lied to us about investigating on the lady that hit my wife in an accident which occured almost a year ago. The office staff never really kept in contact with us about anything other than what they needed signed from us. They are just rude and liars i would not refer them to any of my family and friends! I did not get any money from getting this lawyer at all!
