If your case involves a state that doesn't follow the UCCJEA (only Massachusetts), make sure to confirm they know that Massachusetts doesn't follow the UCCJEA so your case doesn't extend an additional 8 months and have to be refiled after opposing council files a motion to dismiss and blindsides your lawyer. Otherwise, nice group of people.

I paid Mr Moore, who is a family law attorney $ 150 for 30 minutes of his time. I’m a senior who is legally blind and now has hearing impaired begging for legal help . My last attorney took $ 7,000 and I never got my legal separation papers. Mr Moore just couldn’t help me and told me what ‘I’ needed to. I must be from another planet because I had told him I don’t drive anymore and have no one to HELP me. Otherwise if I had thousands of dollars then Moore would help .

Matthew Moore is a Guardian ad Litem for my mother who is mentally and physically disabled he has not been doing his job to protect or check in on her when just trying to speak with in a nice calm manner he quickly wanted to defend his so called reputation and thought we was in the courtroom I guess but he is very unprofessional and lazy when it comes to his client he does not know nothing about my mother, he has not contacted me I had to reach out twice just for a call back which was not a call more of an argument that he wanted to start with me a pregnant woman he is incapable of doing his job and I can not believe this man is even practicing law. Since he is a partner of this firm he is not representing himself or the practice very well. I don’t know who gave him a law degree , but pray that you don’t have this prick representing you!
