Terrible experience and horrible communication from Mr Benton. Do not recommend

I would give 0 stars if I could. I expressed my concerns to Matt Benton that he did not appear willing to fight for my case. He nor his office provided fee or retainer agreements as indicated on two separate dates. Asked for refund for consultation, but refused as my signature was in writing. His commitments were verbal. If you want to Matt Benton to keep his word, get it in writing. Otherwise, he doesn’t honor his word. Also, made quick presumptions about my case that were absolutely false. Made more progress on my own. Lack of ethics from this lawyer. Go out of town to get a lawyer or use Google.
