Absolutely top notch firm. Tom Ralston did a fantastic job on our case, he made a difficult situation a lot easier to handle. They were very professional and personable. Submitted info on their website 5 weeks ago. Never got a phone call back so I called them myself after 1-2 weeks of radio silence. Like others have said, spoke to a rude paralegal who made me fill out all the same stuff I already did online through their portal. Didn't hear a peep for 3 weeks and got some email this week finally saying they're not interested. No further recommendations; just a complete waste of time. Maybe you have better luck after you get past the "gatekeeper".

I imagine probably a decent office with qualified lawyers. However the wannabe lawyer secretary is smug, rude, and arrogant. Maybe hire a customer service rep with a positive attitude to answer phone calls that may help a person give relevant details to their case

There is no way my husband would have had the good outcome to his case without Tom and Ken. The case was complicated and took longer than anyone expected, but they stayed engaged the entire process.

Ken Kinney helped me with my case and delivered excellent results. I had never pursued something like this before and felt a lot of uncertainty and fear, but for the ~2 years I worked with him he was very helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process, always taking time to explain and follow up when needed. If I could give them no stars I would. November 22nd, 2023 I set up my initial consultation appointment for December 3rd. I had a time frame on the right to sue EEOC with a January 25th deadline to file the petition date. At the appointment Ken was very rued to get to a Dr. Appointment. They scanned in what documents I had. They asked me for my passwords to my emails and EEOC Portal. They even had me sign medical records release forms notarized. He said he would set an appointment for following week. He didn't. He wouldn't return my calls or reply to my emails. Finally on December 20th He told me he wasn't taking it because there was too much email proof to go through. He wasted over 20 plus days to then say here's some references. Needless to say they weren't able with the 2 week holiday break to take my case most were unreachable. either. No one works during that 10 day period. He totally misled me. Moral and ethics are nothing to him. Who knows what he cost me at this point. It was a horrible way to treat anyone. I would not recommend him. He does not keep his word and his follow up was despicable. He wouldn't give me the correct court to try to file a petition on time on my own. I think bare minimum he should of supplied that information as a curtesy. Leave it to a man to lead you on and then drop you like a hot potato. Total disbelief in the operation of this firm. January 8th and I'm on my own still. He must been scared of the 2 lawyers the respondents had hired. He mentioned he knew one but not the other. He also worried about the judge he didn't want but failed to provide me with that name even because he was requesting a new one if he got him. He too scared.

These guys were amazing. Special thanks to Tom, for keeping me in the loop in a timely manner. They were honest, kind, compassionate and thorough. I appreciate everything they did for me. I would highly recommend if you feel you were poorly treated in the workplace.

These two are the absolute best at their job and more! They go out of their way to make sure your stuff is prepared and taken care of on time if not early. They communicate super well and make sure you are only needed when absolutely necessary, other than that they handle it all. They are upfront and honest, and most of all are super great people!
