This office is impossible to communicate with. If they tell you they are going to call you back or send an email, they will not. I have had to reach out to them first for EVERYTHING. I asked for a follow up call or email probably ten times or more, and nothing each time. When I call in and explain that I have been waiting for a call or email for weeks, they do not apologize or anything. ZEROOO sense of urgency. If you or a loved one are already in a stressful legal situation, this place will only stress you out more. Very unprofessional, messy offices, pets running around the office. The staff is either neutral or rude, never nice or polite. This place will waste your time, money, and patience!! This office will only make you more anxious about whatever situation you’re going through. When I decided I was done working with them, even that was a hassle!! I had to call them multiple times to confirm my refund of my remaining funds with them. After all that they told me I could pick up a check at the front desk, that it would be there waiting. I even sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes to pick up a check 😂😂 This place is soooo bad it’s almost comical. Now let’s see if the refund check they wrote me even clears 🤦🏻‍♀️

Everything is fine and I'm grateful to be free.

I was looking foward working with this law firm . Unfortunately after my interview i received my contract to sign , i had trouble with the link , i contacted the lawfirm more then 20 times and i have not received a call back and cant get a hold of them . If i could I would give 0 start .

At first everything was fine, but then they started charging me even though my case was no longer active, and they overcharged me for everything. I'm very unhappy with these people, and instead of helping me with my case, they just wasted my time. I hope that people who read my comment will think twice before hiring these people who, instead of helping their clients, just take their money.
