I cannot recommend the Ramler Law Office enough. I had endured an accident that left me permanently injured and I knew right away that I needed to seek assistance with the insurance dealings that come along with being involved with an accident like this. Upon meeting with Rick and Jorden, they immediately made me feel at ease and assured me that they would handle all of this so that I could focus on my healing. They gave me information very transparently and helped me understand what they were working on and why. They were incredibly communicative and made me feel like I was a part of their family. When my case wrapped up, I left their office feeling emotional and grateful for everything they had done for me. I will forever be thankful for their genuine kindness and support.

I found Ramler Law at one of my most vulnerable and scared moments in life. In 2019, I was involved in a hit-and-run wreck resulting in a totaled vehicle and life changing injuries. I had absolutely no idea where to start. Richard and Jorden were my Angels. I felt confident to turn it all over them to sort out the ugly details and advocate for me so I could focus on taking care of myself; physically and mentally--after the incident. They kept me updated throughout the process and always treated me like more than a case number. I would highly recommend Rambler! They made the entire process extremely easy to handle, Richard and Jordan both have been great to work with, excellent communication and they kept everything completely transparent. With their help we were able to find a good solution that worked for me.

I would give zero stars if I could. Dropped a contract off for him to read. He had the contract for a week. We showed up for our appointment and his secretary hands us referrals and tells us they can’t help us. We took the day off work and waited for a week for this appointment. This matter could have been handled via the phone/email. We wasted a week of our time that we could have been looking for a different attorney had they told us they could not help us before.
