Completely horrible service. She doesn't return phone calls and her staff does nothing but come up with bull-spit excuses as to why she is unavailable for days and weeks at a time. She ultimately would not take the case, refusal received by her secretary rather than her, despite the evidence that it was a slam dunk. She must not like doing business and making money!!!

Ramona and her staff are amazing. They answered all my questions, helped me with forms and dates and led me down the correct path. At my hearing, I was shocked how much Ramona knew about my case and without her there is no way I would have won my case. I highly recommend her and her staff!!
