Called with a valid case of medical neglect and was told that they weren’t gonna do anything about it because the complications could happen within a surgery and All they cared about was whether or not it was winnable not whether or not the case would be heard they refuse to even look into it, knowing that the hospital stat had almost all back to the neglect claims and was doing things to Make sure the doctor wouldn’t be able Either my suggestion would be to find a different law firm They will not even hear your case if you can’t pay them upfront
