I've known Mr. Robert Rampulla since 2003. When I purchased a new construction in 2003, Mr. Rampulla was the seller's (builder's) attorney. I was very impressed when I saw how he conducted the closing and has been seeking his guidance on all NYC real estate matters since. He is excellent and very knowledgeable. He will fight to get the best for you. Also, I had my living will and health proxies done by Mr. Newstad. Again very happy with the professionalism and the service received.
