In 08 He told me I should take the plea to a DUI because there wasn't much hope going to trial. I took the plea, after taking it and being sentenced he looked at me (while in front of his other client) shook my hand and said I wish you would have fought this I think we could have beat it then wished me good luck. I was transported to another county for my VOP in which the judge asked me why I took the plea. He advised me my probation officer told him to review the footage in which I had passed my field sobriety test. I knew I passed it and I knew I wasn't intoxicated at the time of but due to the way Ramputi played it off and considering I had paid him assuming he would have my best interest in mind I took the plea and thus was also guilty for my violation of probation which could have been beaten had I not taken the plea. He and his buddy Graves leave a lot to be desired. If you're looking for a quality lawyer I recommend James Tarquin.

I wouldn’t recommend Kathryn Bennett as a lawyer. She didn’t use the professional skill of communication with me -if I had known more of my available options early on, I probably wouldn’t have the lifelong consequences I have now. It pays to hire the best go with Bill.

Kathryn Bennet fired me as a client, for full disclosure. But, the reason I’d not recommend her is that she had the opportunity to defend me from a petition for domestic violence injunction (a task that is notoriously easy for good lawyers to do), AND she simply choose to go do something else even though she was outside the courtroom when I was being called. She told me to “ask for a continuance” -the judge denied that request, and found me guilty. It ended up mattering a lot when I was charged with a felony for violating that injunction. Also she neglected to tell me anything about my ability to appeal the injunction until it was too late. I guess she didn’t care enough about me as a client to inform me of my options. I ended up having to hire another lawyer, who told me in retrospect all the paths I should have taken.
