12 years ago my son was killed getting on his school bus…12 years later… I pick up the phone, dial his office, leave a message, got a return call within 10 minutes, remembered my name, case and answered every question that I know I asked 12 years ago, but needed a refresher now that grief doesn’t have me in a fog.
