Should’ve checked the reviews before I even called this man completely basically told me that I did have a case, but then I didn’t have a case wouldn’t look at my evidence whatsoever. Kept just speaking over me would not let me speak now. I see why he has a one star

If I could it'd give him a zero. He didnt charge my parents estate and wanted me out of the 3 daughters to pay $180.00 because I wanted to see my parents records which I was in titled.

This attorney only looks out for himself, not his clients. My father knew this attorney for decades and he used him for many business contracts, pre-nuptial agreement and last will and testament. This man wrote the pre-nuptial agreement when he re-married at 78 years old. The terms of this agreement were very clear and direct, and were followed by the POA. The pre-nuptial (which he wrote) was very clear on the separation of assets. Fast forward 2 years and my father was incapacitated by a medical event. He will forever be in long term care and will likely spend the rest of his days there. Upon my father being incapacitated, Mr Young (now representing the “new wife”) called my sister (the POA) and tried to strong-arm her into giving the “new” wife a monthly stipend from the estate and to have my father’s estate support her (against the pre-nup). He made multiple comments that my father was a very wealthy man and there was enough money to “go around”. He went on to contend that the pre-nup (which he wrote) was invalid on its face and unenforceable and that my father’s estate should fully support the new wife. He stated that my father would likely not live 10 years (because of his new medical incapacitation) and he wouldn’t need all of his money. My fathers estate ultimately had to hire a lawyer to defend ourselves against Mr Young (my father’s lawyer) and got him to remove himself over the conflict of interest. This man made the worst situation of our life, 10x worse, for what I can only assume was to get a piece of my father’s estate.

Randy was unresponsive and did not understand the laws. I traveled from out of town twice for a guardianship hearing for my father. Both times he did not have the correct filing and the court date was rescheduled. I addition. He did not tell me there would be am additional charge for the guardian of light he used. Very poor communication.

Response from owner

I am sorry. This call apparently came when I was out of town and had poor cell phone reception on my end. Please call back and leave a number or message - voice mail is often unreliable and robo calls are so numerous they are sometimes confused with legitimate inquiries.
