My boyfriend and I recently purchased a car from a dealership in Ozark, which unfortunately led to a lot of stress, tears, and wasted money. The car turned out to have several mechanical issues, as well as issues with the title and car fax reports not matching up with what we were told. We contacted Ransin hoping to at least get our down payment back, because at the time we thought we would just have to live with the mistake as well as a hefty monthly payment for a car that didn’t run.
