I have used Mr.Rapp on 2 different occasions, both with success. He is very knowledgeable and considerate to all parties involved to get the best possible outcome. Would I use him again? Without question

I found myself in serious legal trouble this past year for the first time. I was embarrassed and scared as I had no idea what to expect. I was so ashamed that I avoided getting an attorney until the last minute. Jason Rapp came highly recommended from a reliable source, so I gave him a call and he was able to see me straightaway. As soon as I walked into his office, he put me at ease. I expected to be judged for my crime and turned away due to my procrastination, but Jason simply listened to the details of my case and told me what to expect. He had already pulled all my information and was completely up to speed when I arrived that afternoon. I liked and trusted him immediately and that trust was not misplaced. He worked tirelessly, returning to the prosecutor several times to secure a better deal than the one originally offered. I truly recommend him if you find yourself in need of an attorney. If I ever find myself in need of legal representation again, he is undoubtedly the only call I'll make, and will wholeheartedly recommend him to family and friends.

Very quick response to legal matters

David Franklin: 5 Stars- Worked with him for years both in business and on personal legal matters. He was always thorough, personable, professional and got the results he promised. Jason Rapp: 0 Stars- handled my divorce. My ex was emotionally abusive and manipulative, which is germane to a divorce. When I tried to explain this he would smugly retort that it would be "cheaper" if I told "my shrink" as he charges twice as much. Well maybe if he had listened and properly represented me he would have been worth the extra money. As it is his representation was just one expensive (for me) exercise in my ex wife manipulating the situation. Our mediation was scheduled around the time COVID started heating up and Jason suggested we postpone the hearing. My ex was living with me, Jason knew this, but this was his suggestion. He then apparently just accrued billing hours as my ex-wife's attorney essentially dictated the terms of the divorce. I paid top dollar for well quality representation. If a woman had talked about a man being emotionally abusive and manipulative I imagine he would have seen it as an opportunity...I felt like he was looking down on me in judgement. My ex wife makes twice what I earn from a degree she earned while we were married and I supported her 100%. And because of the awesome work of Jason Rapp, I am on the brink of financial ruin.

Jason Rapp handled 2 cases for me recently and got the best outcome I could've realistically hoped for in each one. He was always very professional and truly cared about how I was coping during this anxiety laden process. He always called to touch base before court and was quick to communicate any developments in my case. He was always easily reachable despite what I know is a demanding schedule. When he's working with you on your case in court, he focuses all his energy on you. I really just can't say enough positive things about Jason and his dedication to his work. So grateful my brother found him for me!

I worked with Jason Rapp a few years ago , trying to address child support and custody/ time sharing issues . My experience was really bad , I constantly felt like Mr Rapp was indeed doing everything in favor of my ex husband , not me. My warning : if you are a single mom dealing with divorce , please stay away from this attorney office !!!

Excellent caring and professional service during a very difficult time.

Jason was extremely responsive until the retainer was paid. Several months into this and nothing has been accomplished, no court date, or mediation initiated. Phone calls and emails are not responded to until days or a week later. 5 months of wasted time and wasted retainer. I would not reccommend... Extremely dissatisfied!

Working with Jason rapp has been amazing! He makes court less scary and makes it simple to understand.I was in a rush to get a lawyer and everyone I called couldn’t take my case but Jason helped me straight away!
