A joke, there so called coordinator Andera does not ever call you back or even return texts. Waited almost three weeks to here from here just for the consultation and after that never responded to my texts which she asked me to do. It has been over a month now and still haven’t heard from her. Time to get a new lawyer

I Haven’t Call or Spoke to the Firm as of ET ! But I am having a almost impossible Journey Getting through the system, and I am extremely ill. I can’t seem to get my doctor to understand. I’ve called Austin Hart Hospital with all of the information they gave me to call. They gave me to a different doctor. This is going on for days and I don’t know if I have days to live. M A Haag

Called to ask some questions. The individual I was speaking to asked me for my zip code, I gave a Tyler zip code, and she immediately sent me to a recording that said they do not serve my area and disconnected the call. Very poor customer service.

Broad answering the phone this morning is Horrid. Sounds like she's asleep. After I commented,she tried to raise her voice. You need a More professional answering service. She caused you to Lose me as a client. Very rude treatment.
