Robert said I had a good case and said I’d be taken of after a year of him working on my case saying things are going fine i was dropped saying there was no more he could do. I was not treated by drs and needed a brain surgery and was mis diagnosed by the U of U and suffered many injuries from falls caused by seizures and shoulder. I’ve had to have 2 major MS l back surgeries all from the falls due to not having the brain surgery that was needed. Thanks for screening me.

Looks like I hit a nerve. My review is not misleading. I "waited" a year and half to write this review because I am still spending thousands of dollars in healing from for THIS injury and trying to put my life back together. (your "medical" reasons for dropping me 4 months before my statute of limitations expired was a Dr report written in early 2002 or so about a fusion I had in 2002 which was NOT related AT all to this injury done by Dr. Winterton, in 2020 but it was convenient to use to justify dropping me instead of hiring an expert witness. You had ONE year to find the report from 2002 if you wanted to use that to not take me as a client. So no, I'm not bitter and my statements are not fantasy, just stating the obvious.

Mr Miner was a fantastic lawyer that still keeps in touch with me to this day months after the case. A personal relationship is very important to Mr Miner which relieved many of my stresses during this period of time. Mr Miner helped me get the best possible scenario for my case and I am forever grateful!

Rob Miner is a godsend to my family. He is one of the most caring attorneys I have ever met. He is currently helping our son through a very complex legal matter. Even as more things have come to light in his case, Rob never gives up. He is quick to answer and/or return phone calls. Even during some terrible family illnesses and unexpected hospital visits occurring in his own family. I would give him 100 stars if I could.

If you notice, the reviews for Mr. Miner are old. If you want an attorney to string you along, stop for months at a time because his mother is admitted to the hospital, his wife has mild surgery so he's out of commission for two or more months (how many attorneys do you know that can take months and months off? The ones that are ready to retire and aren't in the game anymore but don't really tell you), and then he falls ill with a bad cold so that distracts him, then definitely pick Mr. Miner. He'll seem caring, have good excuses, act like you're a priority, but at the end of the day your statute of limitations are expiring and you'll get dropped. I even had a ruling from DOPL saying my case had merit, but because Mr. Miner didn't want to pay for expert witnesses and hoped just getting metritis would intimidate my negligent doctor into settling. Don't waste your valuable time with an attorney who speaks in riddles, seems caring, and has mounting bills so he's not going to invest in you, BUT he will waste your time.

Rob was superior; professional, knowledgeable and yet extremely compassionate. He is committed to seeing his clients are made whole in often tragic circumstances. Do not hesitate to contact him if you are looking for an excellent attorney.
