Rat…., it’s obvious you have a preference on who your clients or prospects are. The one and only reason I went there was I trusted the person who referred you. Initial consultation was a 1-star too. My case was an open and closed case too. Here it is: My, then, teenage-son was taking an Uber to work and the car he was in got t-boned. I immediately left work and drove to the scene and gave the officer all of my son’s credentials since he was still shaken up. Rat…., you failed us miserably. I only bring it up years later, because I am purging old mail and, unfortunately for you, I came across your disappointing letter. Suggestion: make an effort next time!?! Also, your legal assistants/paralegals weren’t even able to get the report number from the police department. Believe it or not, I called and answered a few specific questions and called back with the report number! Thinking back, they probably didn’t even call. No effort. I’m kind of surprised you didn’t send me a bill for the cost of the report. My experience was below expectations - you get an F+!
