Eric was really helpful today.. I was able to get the info I needed to get this account squared away...gosh I hope that I remembered his name...but he was very helpful.

This company is a nightmare my car was parked at my so called friends house long story short we are not friends anymore because of this they decided to use my car to hit the neighbors car over a dispute between them mind you they are not on my insurance car was just supposed to be parked there but I gave him the keys to move if he need to cause it was in on the curb. There was not much damage done to the car mirror broke and small scrape the people are trying to sue me for 22669 my insurance told me that damage was minor payout maybe 6,000 but because I was not driving my vehicle at the time I am not covered completely bs I don’t know how the heck I am going to pay this. There’s no freaking way that they come up with this number it’s insane. They me adjuster went out this what they came back with nobody was injured sounds like they trying to get me to buy a whole new car when there’s was not even that damaged. I am just frustrated cause if I don’t pay they gonna take my license.

This company is terrible. There is no lien against me, yet they keep sending me letters stating that I have a lien related to the car accident, even though it was already paid through my med-pay.

They are sending letters asking for payments on a car accidents that happened over 3 years. Insurance paid and they want money because they bought the claim. Stop harassing people

To start with I had to pay $5000 for them to release my license again after Financial hardships that I didn’t even have really the means to pay (got a loan). Come to find out they sent three documents to get my license lifted in which one of the documents were not even in my name causing a 6 month backup that I had to discover and fix. Fast-forward to now once I discovered the paperwork was wrong. They told me well. You need to make another $450 payment because you’re behind in order for us to send the right paperwork. I was told once I made that $450 payment they would dit if it send the correct paperwork and now I’m getting told today that it’s gonna be another three days for my payment to process in which I paid it last week. I strongly feel that these people will string you on and not have any regards for your mental health “because they can do that.” I really hope that they figure out something soon because I’m completely out of patience with this group…. Best of luck to all of you that are having the same problem Im having. Lord be with you because this is absolutely asinine….

My experience with these people have been rediculouse fist I pay all the money they say I have to pay almost 2000 dollars for these people to release my drivers license then they say I need this paper to be printed out signed notorized and then sent back and it will take up to three days to get it and three days to receive it and then there attrys will decide when they send it over to be released who does this to people this has been the worst company I have ever had to deal with be late on a payment they suspend your license without even telling you there for I got pulled over I had two vehicles that were towed so I had to pay almost 800 dollars impounded fee on top of 1800 dollars I sent them and they still haven’t released my license company is a dam joke I would never refer anyone nor hope anyone has to deal with these people ever

Wow. A TERRIBLE company to say the least. My husband was contacted (harassed) by this “law group” for weeks. Long story short, we sold a car in 2023, released the liability through DMV, but the new owners never transferred the car into their name. Fast forward to now-2025- we get a call from this law group threatening us with a lawsuit stating my husband was involved in a car accident October 2024. They didn’t tell us what they wanted from us or any other details of the accident without demanding personal information from my husband, including his social. As you can probably understand, it’s not advisable to just give your social security number or personal information to some random company calling you about an accident you know absolutely nothing about. When we refused to give this information and questioned the associate, Demetrius, he proceeded to scream at us over the phone. I am a legal assistant and have never dealt with a “professional” so volatile in my life. I submitted paperwork to the DMV to receive a certified copy of the release of liability and also had the bill of sale from the car sale in 2023. Once I received the copy, I called Rathbone back and requested their email so I could forward them the documents and they could remove my husband’s name from the file. Demetrius sounded upset that I had the proof releasing us from liability. I sent the email and they emailed me back promptly saying they don’t accept HEIC files and to send it as a PDF document. I quickly did so and re sent the documents. After sending, I received an error code saying “file too large to send. The limit is 25 mb and your message is 31 mb.” Well my file was 4.8 mb. I sent one file alone and also sent two files together, both different file sizes, all under 25 mb and got the same error message every time saying my message was 31 mb which would make no sense. Eventually I gave up and contacted the USAA claim adjuster who was working on this claim (USAA hires these subrogation company’s to attack third parties in the event a driver is uninsured etc). Sent her the documents which she received no problem, and told me she would update her file stating my husband has no interest in the claim. It seems rather scammy that I couldn’t send two small pdf files to them all of the sudden, after being able to send heic files much larger with no issue… They are a disgusting excuse for a company. No class, very dishonest, and I would never hire them knowing they will do anything to get their client money, even if that means going after someone who’s proven their innocence (or attempting to show them). They should have their license revoked. People leaving them 5 star reviews are people who hired them to recoup money they lost, but they might not understand the tactics in which Rathbone Group are doing this… Many other reviewers are people with English as a second language and may be intimidated into paying something they are not legally responsible for. Sad and disgraceful and most importantly UNETHICAL.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rathbone Group. My brother had a balance to clear, but it took them an unnecessarily long 21 days to process the payment—I'm not sure why their system is so outdated. To make matters worse, when they failed to automatically withdraw the full balance, they contacted us in a very aggressive manner, yelling and harassing us. Their approach felt unprofessional, and it seemed like they were intentionally dragging out the process to rack up more interest. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Everyone I spoke to when I called each time was a pleasure to talk to. They were willing to work with me and answer all my questions!

Eric is so nice and is so helpful every time I talk to him just the nicest person I’ve have had the pleasure of speaking to!!!

Horrible company to deal with...avoid them like the plague.

My 1st call ended with me being more confused then I spoke with Demetrius months later and he was extremely helpful with explaining everything and getting my business taken care of properly.

My experience with the rathbone group started out as 1 after emailing pat she really helped me out and things go taken care of I really appreciate it thank you again pat your amazing

At first I was struggling trying to figure out everything that was going on with my license and wasn’t getting much help but once I reached out via email I had a great experience working with Nicole! She helped in every way and made sure I got all the info I needed without ever questioning me and she was very professional. I would definitely recommend reaching out through email over anything! They were all very helpful. Great service!

Made payments but because of heart surgery and complications with health.at same time went to a stress center,went homeless on the road because now separated and divorce they helped me out by canceling our agreement,now no license and when I try to call and make new agreement they are difficult and don’t want the court to know about it.update 3 29 24,as of this date the agreement has sat at the courthouse and never sent for drivers license. There response here is a bold face lie.

These people are a joke thunk they getting 8 grand from me for sometging in 2009 them i call them and they said they dont handle the issue it to someone else but yet the letter came from them he yelles at me on the phone called me un professional..lol 2009 y'all

In the worst of times these people have been the best to deal with. I always appreciate their help and everything that they do and as much as they understand. They have been patient and truly helpful with everything that has been going on.

I have had a horrible experience this so call “reliable”insurance . I’m supposed to be paying 100 a month and I miss a payment with one day and they revoked my license and apparently they are going to do it like last time of charging me 1000 dollars to reissue it back and that’s what they are trying to do again this time and the day of the payment was on the week that’s why I didn’t pay it till Monday !!!
