PLEASE BE SKEPTIC ! All these 5 star reviews should be collected . I wonder how they were able to post only good reviews. Totally disaster ! On the call the only information they gave was the payment which huge amount with no guarantee no refund , no explanation !!!! From conversation it felt like they wanted me to throw the money to the air even without explaining the process where she mentioned even the entity name wrong . I would have told you myself where to contact if you tell me you don’t know your job . No single information she - Lola Mohamad could give me regarding the process other than rejecting to tell me anything related to success and background. I have 0/100 trust in this firm handling cases that successfully as mentioned on reviews . Other employees also had the same opinions so no hope at all !!

I have just started working with them and I have to say, The situation I am dealing with. I am very nervous about, but I feel super comfortable. Their customer service is spot on! Erica, who works in the office, is absolutely amazing; they genuinely care about who they service and I am very happy to be working with them! It is an unfortunate situation, but if you want to feel heard I would use Ratliff Jackson.

My experience so far has been a good, I personally went to an expungement clinic and had the pleasure of working with Terrell Ratliff of Ratliff Jackson LLP and his team to help clear my record. The process seemed to take longer than expected but Terrell and his team stayed diligent and were able to get my record expunged as of July. It seemed like as soon as I would forget about it an email would come through showing they were still trying to take care of the situation. I have had the pleasure of working with Sam Jackson, Esq. both as a client and as a colleague, and he has consistently exceeded my expectations in all areas of the law.
