Not much communication..
Very unprofessional legal assistance named Jessica. My finger was just amputated last Wednesday. I am going through a very tough stressful time. They were not supportive people whatsoever. My contract was terminated because of a very uncomfortable situation which I am already in.

I called and have the lady who answered my call information about my case. She said either Mr. Frost or herself would get back to me. No one returned my call. On day three I called back and the machine answered and I left a message. Two days later no return call. Very unprofessional.
You called on 8-19-19. As you mention above, we told you that we would get back to you. We called you back on the same day. There was no answer. We left you a voice mail message asking you to call. You say you called and left a message. I personally checked the voice mail of every phone in my office and could not find any message from you.
