Not veteran friendly. "It's to complicated" in a less than 3 minute phone conversation, interrupting, talking over, and cutting me off before I could finish a complete sentence then immediately denied to help, referring me to call someone in Dothan. This guy should really state on his website -I don't deal with veterans I just like to appear that way because it looks good for my ego-.
