A great group of professional people. I was in a accident in July and my case was accepted in two days. Mr. Ravis even offered to have our initial consultation on a Sunday. He is extremely thorough and has had compassion each time I've spoken to him. Ms. Tina is a gem! She responds promptly to emails and has always been available anytime I needed to speak with her. The accident was extremely unfortunate and has caused a few set backs, but I feel confident that this firm will do their best to make sure all of my needs are met. Ray is a seasoned litigator, who also has the judgment to know when it is wiser to settle, rather than sue. In addition to his legal skills, his communication skills are outstanding. If you are the victim in a serious auto or medical accident, do yourself a favor and talk to Ray.

No commercials on TV but a family like atmosphere from the 1st phone call made to them. I found this firm on my own after I called the bigger firms in the Jax area and they didn't want to take my case. I was involved in a hit and run accident which led me to have a right shoulder replacement. The accident happened in my neighborhood in 2008 and the car was an older vintage Mustang. I scoured my area for about a week and found the car in the owners driveway. I called the Police again and they went to the owners house and confirmed the damage to his car and he admitted to being in the accident. So as my case proceeded out of court I was awarded about 150 k. I can call them any time for legal advice and they gladly give it. I refer them to associates and friends when the opportunity presents itself. Unavailable phone calls are usually returned the same day or the next day. A first class firm ! Ray has been my attorney for a five year long lawsuit against three insurance companies who dug their heels in. They sure love to collect premiums but not pay claims don't they? I, among others, was rear ended at a red light (three cars were totaled). We just recently settled with the best possible outcome. I repeat, five years later. But what do they do over five years while not paying a claim? They send people to perform surveillance on you at your house. They also attempt to downplay your injury, or downplay your expenses. They make you feel guilty even though you're not at fault. Are attorneys worth it? Absolutely. Insurance companies have them. So if you don't, you're bringing a knife to a gun fight. But not all attorneys are the same. For Ray, it's more than a paycheck. He acts with the utmost integrity, always acting in the best interest of his clients. He even personally showed up to one of my medical appointments. For additional perspective, I was offered $1,500 to go away, then $5,000, etc. Meanwhile, I accumulated medical bills in excess of $35,000 to date. Now factor in future medical costs. I would have been absolutely ruined if not for Ray. TLDR - If you're injured in an accident, get medical treatment asap, and call Ray. You'll be glad you did. I am forever grateful to Ray and his team.
