Hopton is completely unprofessional. Contacted him via text multiple times to get a status on my case because he wouldn't keep my updated. He constantly responded late and sometimes wouldn't respond AT ALL. After I expressed how I felt like my case was being handled poorly, he sent this text: "Please don't text me anymore since you don't appreciate it. If you need any update or have questions on your case, contact our office number." Word for word and I still have the texts to prove it. Save yourself the headache - find a different attorney's office.
