Lawyer/Attorney need to find some one NEW to work at the front desk and answer calls and provide helpful information the male working there was extremely rude and ignorant you can tell he hates his life and job just by a phone call business can be booming and skyrocketing if only they find someone happy to be there but to each their own

Pulled me out of the ringer with a vehicle that turned out to be causing me a lot of problems and giving me a lot of grief.
I called to setup a consultation and the guy who was working at the Reno location around 5:30pm was extremely rude and condescending. I feel bad for the lawyer because his employees are losing him customers with their terrible attitudes.

The Reviewer and his spouse are nice people and it is regrettable they are unhappy. However, the review contains significant factual omissions and misstatements. Taken together they cast a materially false light.<br>First, I was NOT retained to handle a case through completion. I agreed to spend two hours looking into the Reviewer’s issue at a discounted rate of $150/hr. ($300). I had also given the Reviewer, a fellow veteran, free time on his prior matter.<br>Secondly, the issue presented was not merely to correct a title jump. Nor was it to “register” a vehicle. Rather, the issue was getting legal TITLE to an RV from a hostile, adverse party. Potentially, a significant legal issue. It should also be noted that in Nevada, title of a vehicle, and registration for use on the roadways, are different things, though often referenced together as “registration.”<br>The Reviewer and the opposing party (“OP”) entered a poorly conceived arrangement wherein the OP would personally purchase and renovate an RV, then transfer title of the RV to the Reviewer (who is out of state). Neither consulted an attorney beforehand. The Reviewer received the RV and paperwork from the OP, but waited several months to apply for registration. A dispute with OP arose for different reasons (re. the transaction) and they settled. He later discovered he had defective paperwork when he applied for registration in his state.<br>As a result, the Reviewer was potentially exposed to years of litigation easily costing tens of thousands of dollars. The Reviewer was saved from this, however, because I was able to get the opposing party (OP) to cooperate with a relatively simple solution. OP agreed to obtain title in OP’s name, at OP’s expense, and then transfer the RV title to the Reviewer. The Reviewer does not seem to grasp the predicament he was in.<br>Rather, he confuses the resolution I obtained from OP, as being the original issue for which he contacted me, and forgets the major legal issue existed and for which I spent time researching.<br>As to “registration”, that issue arose later when the Nevada DMV employee handling the title transfer changed position and demanded the RV also be registered. Registration requires a VIN inspection, and this added time to the process.<br>In any event, for the discounted two hours, I saved him from years of costly litigation. But because of a delay caused by the DMV’s change in demands, which I could have not prevented, the Reviewer leaves a one-star review. The Reviewer also tried to get half of the $300 refunded.<br>As to the later communications, he sent somewhat abrasive and redundant emails complaining that things were not going fast enough. After yet another abrasive email, I reminded him there was nothing to do but wait for the DMV to receive and process everything, and send the title to the OP. I told him he was nonetheless welcome to contact OP directly.<br>The reviewer responded, abrasively, and demanded I personally follow up with the OP (though I already said she would be unable to do anything). Worse, the OP had already explicitly stated she knew she was already released from liability, but was nonetheless cooperating to avoid litigation from my office and to “do the right thing.” To brow beat such a person is usually counterproductive and can backfire. But again, the Reviewer failed to appreciate the predicament he had placed himself in.<br>I responded to him and reminded him that 1) the deal was two hours, which I was well beyond, and 2) that it made no financial sense to hire me to spend more time because the title was forthcoming.<br>Thereafter, the Reviewer sent an angry, hostile, and accusatory email of a nature which is certain to end any professional relationship in the real world (what the review calls “emailed him my thoughts . . .”). Accordingly, I confirmed the end of the relationship.<br>Overall, these clients were delightful people who I enjoyed working with. It is unfortunate that things went a bit south. I do wish them well.

It was truly a blessing to find Mr. Areshenko!
