poor service. I called in wanting to get guidance about a work accident case for a family member. The lady who picked up the phone (Catherine) was very rude. This lady started asking question off the bat... hourly rate, accident date, part injured, ER..... she didn't even let me tell her what had happened (i had called 3 more law firms before hers and they all heard my story first before asking for my info) she straight told me she didn't need to hear it or else she would be there for hours. Like, excuse me? so rude. I was referred to them by Ponce Law firm who unfortunately couldn't take on my case but they thought this law firm could help but after this initial phone call i doubt they will care about the client and the case and more about the money they can make off of it. She asked very short simple questions, then said she would call me back monday to let me know if they would take the case or not. The other law firms i have called (ponce Law, Burman Law, and Lee Law firm all heard my story and told me on the spot if my case could be taken by their team. Fast and efficient and over all respectful. Not like this lady and her firm) So bad!
