I would one thousand percent recommend Mr. Spevak as my attorney. When I injured my wrist and arm at work the corporate agency I was working for didn’t want to help and I was afraid I was never going to work again and be stuck with a physical disability. I was very pleased in how Mr. Spevak handled my WC case. Whenever there was issues with the insurer, and there was quite a few, Mr. Spevak never missed a beat whenever I reached out to him by email or call, to let him know what the issue was he didn't hesitate to press the WC insurer to get medical treatment approved, or made sure, if benefits were due or late, what was owed was made right. Very knowledgeable in the area of Workers' Comp claims. There was times that I reached out to Mr. Spevak on a Saturday or Sunday's, while I never expected a response until the next business day, Mr. Spevak still took time out of his time off and responded or addressed my concerns. While it's my hope and wish that I never suffer another injury be it work related or personal, but heaven bid should that happen I wouldn't hesitate to call Mr. Spevak.
