I was in a car accident about a year ago . I hired Johnathan Hale at Red Rock Injury Law 8 months after, for my property damage because my car had lost significant Diminished Value after the accident and the insurance company was dragging there feet to accept responsibility and to repair my vehicle ! As soon as I hired him he was on it! One of the only lawyers in las vegas that takes the property damage claims very seriously. He was knowledgeable and professional & always keep me updated with phone calls or text messages i NEVER had to bug him to give me a update and it was always him himself calling me not a assistant or front desk person . So you really get that Personal Lawyer Experience as it should be ! Not like these big law firms that pass your case around the whole office and no one knows whats going on . Anyways working with him was very easy and i trusted him even though i did not know him at first. He charged the insurance company a daily rate for everyday they dragged there feet to take responsibility to repair my vehicle. & for the diminished value of my car that it lost since the accident . Insurance kept low balling and refused to increase there offer & Johnathan Hale refused to settle for less & took action and filed a lawsuit since they did not wanna give us what are claim was really worth . Well at the end of the day the insurance company finally agreed and settled out of court & gave us what we asked for!
