Was assigned a rookie lawyer with no experience in the courtroom. After pleading to use litigators for our case with some experience, they insisted the rookie do it (he had never had a court hearing). He was so nervous that he was unable to make the needed adjustments during the hearing. We lost a case that should not have been lost, all to give him experience. No one looked at the entire case...only piecemeal for what he offered at his weekly meeting with his mentor. Use someone else who cares about what is best for the client, not what is the best learning experience for their rookie attorneys.

Hired lawyer Adam Babinat for a whole year said he was helping me and then after a year dropped my case and told me he couldn’t help me I think the dealership paid him off because he ended up returning my retainer in full
