The first time i gave a call to Neil Redmond, he answered back right away while i was at the Emergency Room. He took his time to listen to me explaining what happens at the scene ( accident). The next day he checked up on me to see how i was doing. Right now, he's really handling my case with professionalism and anytime, i have a concern he's ready to answer me. He made sure i get all the treatment i deserve. Long story short, he's a very good lawyer.
I do not recommend this firm. I entrusted them with a sensitive wrongful death case, only for it to be dismissed after two years of silence. The attorney admitted that my case was lost because their office failed to file mandatory documents by the deadline. Lack of oversight and professional accountability

The Redmond Law Firm is truly an outstanding practice. About seven years ago, I had the privilege of serving as a juror on a civil case in Queens County, where I witnessed Mr. Redmond in action. His skill, knowledge, professionalism, and natural talent were remarkable. New Redman injury attorneys they are very good and made sure that I can walk a little better cuz I was in very bad pain that I couldn't even have a seat I couldn't sit down on the chair any doctors are very good I recommend them cuz I have serious back problems I still do got back problems but they are very good for treatment for your bac very good attorneys in New Yorktown I was kind of paralyzed I couldn't walk that well I really had really back pains but thanks to the medicine made me better a little bit more better I was damaged for real for real but I feel better and I was paralyzed too the best in New York near Redmond

I highly recommend Redmond Law Firm for their exceptional work shown while handling a case. My mom called over 20 lawyers to help her with her case and no one took her case besides Redmond. He won the settlement for her. I underwent surgery and sustained serious injuries and at that point I knew I needed a dedicated firm to help me. I have to admit I haven’t had much experience with law firms, but this has to be one of the worst in regard to staying in contact with a client. I contacted Redmond in June, 2025, in regard to a serious fall at a local airport, due to faulty automatic doors. I called them probably a couple of months later to get an update, but since it was just the beginning, not much information was available. Since then I have heard NOTHING from this firm. I called last Friday and spoke with a man who told me who was handling my case, but that no one was available to give me any information. I stated I would be expecting a call today, (Mon,. 1/5) just for an update on any progress.. Since no one called, I called the number he gave me ….no answer, just a recording that no one was available to take my call. My suggestion to anyone looking for a law firm…GO ELSEWHERE!!
