wish i went elsewhere. Poor behavior and treatment of clients

I had problems with an insurance company and Jim and Wynne both helped me with a consultation even though I was located in Wisconsin and they practice out of the twin cities. They responded to all my e-mails in a timely manner even with being busy the COVID-19 pandemic. They gave very insightful help and gave me multiple options on how to progress with my issue. They were very professional and kind and took the time to listen to my full problem even though it was smaller than what they tend to deal with. I would highly recommend anyone reaching out to them who need legal help.
