Highly recommend! This was my first time getting a lawyer and it set the bar high. They helped me immediately after my car accident (T-boned while sitting at a red light!) especially when the other driver’s insurance company treated me as if I had done something wrong by slow rolling getting me a rental car or having my car’s damages estimated. After 2 weeks on my own - car-less and unable to get to work - I went to Mr. Reeder. Less than a day later, I had a rental car and repair estimate scheduled. The team at R&N walked me through everything step by step. I could not have made it through my recovery and entire process without them. Insurance companies sure treat you better when you are represented and well advised and NOW. I. KNOW! God forbid I ever need them again, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them. I have not had an auto accident for over 49 years and on I-75N outside of Sarasota an impatient driver drove into the side of our car causing our accident. Not knowing Florida insurance protocol, I asked several associates for recommendations. Reeder & Nussbaum kept surfacing to the top. I contacted R&N via their web page and Mark Nussbaum responded within several hours. An initial meeting was set up within a couple of days. He explained the major points of how Florida auto accidents & recover proceed. What stood out was his concern for our commitment to follow the treatment plans of our healthcare providers and he said he and his staff would take care of the paperwork/inquiries of all the parties involved. Being close to 70, I did not want to dedicate time and energy into doing something I knew very little about. I elected to go with R&N with Mark being my attorney. We settled our case just a few days ago and I am please with the outcome. I highly recommend Mark Nussbaum and his staff. Mark Nussbaum and his legal assistant, Sonya, took care of everything related to my auto accident. Being new to Florida, I did not know all the rules and regulations involved with the auto and health insurance when you are involved in an auto accident.
