I had the pleasure of working with Adam Prochaska and Nicole Miller at Rembolt Ludtke LLP in Lincoln, Nebraska, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the beginning, they approached my investment dispute with exceptional professionalism and focus, guiding me through the process and successfully helping me recover as much of my funds as possible. They were always responsive, clear in their communication, and proactive in every step of the case. Their expertise, dedication, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. For anyone seeking attorneys who are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely client-focused, Adam Prochaska and Nicole Miller are outstanding choices.

I called about a probate issue. The paralegal I spoke to said he would speak to an attorney and call me back. A week later - no call back. So I called again and left a message that I haven't heard back. Two weeks after that call, I still have not had a return call. Do not trust this law firm. They are totally unresponsive to your needs. RESPONSE TO REPLY: No, I never reveived any kind of response or I wouldn't have taken the time to post this review. I won't call you back because I have sought assistance elsewhere.

Ryan Swaroff is an incredible lawyer. She knows the law so well and is impressively intelligent and knowledgeable. Not only, was Ryan a wonderful lawyer, but she is genuinely an amazing person. I called for an initial consultation on their services, and a couple weeks later i received an invoice related to the initial call. No prior discussion on any fee or what rates would be charged.

We used Tim Clare for our estate planning; he was very personable and professional. The team made a complicated (in my mind) process very easy. The fee for their services was very reasonable and actually much less that I expected. We left feeling protected by this firm.

I would not use Mark Fahleson's services if you paid me! He is against helping individuals in Nebraska with Medical needs. There are better law firms in the area that don't support his views.
