My experience with the guardian ad litem assigned to our case was incredibly disappointing and left a lasting negative impact on my family. I shared serious concerns about abuse that affected both myself and my children, yet those concerns were not handled with the attention or care they deserved. I felt that key warning signs were overlooked, and as a result, my children were not adequately represented during a critical time in their lives. There also appeared to be a concerning closeness between the guardian and my ex’s legal representation, which raised questions about impartiality and contributed to decisions that I believe were not in the best interest of the children. In my opinion, this law firm lacks a strong understanding of how domestic abuse manifests in family court settings. These cases require sensitivity, training, and a deep awareness of the complexities involved qualities I did not experience here. While there were signs later in the case that some truths were finally acknowledged, the earlier missteps caused lasting harm. I hope my feedback encourages more thoughtful handling of future cases involving domestic abuse and child welfare.

I had a great experience with remley law. Attorney Matthew Borkovec, was vary knowledgeable, and responsive.

Very rude service when I called to give them some information about my son new address, since they moved & not changed their address with the court system. The lady I spoke to said it was none of my business to give them that information, but there has been places contacting our family about my son's past due bills. I was just trying to relief our stress.
