Amazing law firm helps answer all questions when you are having a tough time. I didn’t really know what to do or where to turn and she helped guide me with the most patience I have ever witnessed.

The last time I heard from Laci or Krystal Shircliffe was July 17th. My uncle past away and they dont give me any updates of his estate that I am eligible to receive. They have left months go by before I remind them of any updates. We just received the outstanding funds from the comptroller’s office on Thursday of last week. That is what Krystal emailed me on JUly 14th 2025 and today nothing since then.

Laci and Krystal are amazing. They made me feel welcome the moment I walked in the office. The process I was there for went so smooth from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

I thought about reviewing my experience with Rendon Legal for a long time. It was a bumpy road with a lot of "one step forward and two steps backward." Not exactly where the fault lies but it was not entirely Rendon Legal's. I think the whole legal system is extremely hard to navigate when it shouldn't have to be. Krystal Shircliffe who is the Legal Assistant in Laci's office has been a God send to me throughout the whole process of getting my husband's will probated. Every time I called their office she took my call and followed-up with calls to me when I needed information. She was my lifeline. Rendon Legal is the best. I dropped a previous attorney for failing me in what needed to be done (after waiting 9 months). Once I got with Rendon Leagl things got moving. Great advice, firm, and smart. Lacie and her staff not only knew what they were doing, but also attentive and responded within a timely manner. To any questions or concerns I had. My case wasn't no ordinary case and there were plenty of challenges. They handled it flawlessly. Rendon Legal was recommended to me after expressing my frustration of my previous attorney. For a lawyers office, I would expect better manners from the people you employ. The person answering the phone was extremely rude and kept running back and forth to get information. Unable to actually speak to anyone with legal experience, I was told they couldn't assist me. The brash nature of the remarks regarding what I should do was so disrespectful, considering you barely had any information.

Laci Rendon is a great, down to Earth lawyer, who understands people. She's also an experienced realtor whom my law firm has used to help sell distressed properties for estates I preside over as a court appointed attorney or for probate clients needing similar real estate services. She always does a great job! As a probate lawyer, she understands how to list and show properties being sold through an estate. She even came to court for a hearing on one of my pending sales for a distressed property to provide testimony about the condition of the asset. Can't thank her enough!

Very knowledgeable. Didn't sugarcoat anything told me exactly how it is. I respect the transparency. Office has a real cozy feel to it. Just talking to her for like 15 minutes I can tell that she doesn't play in the courtroom lol. I would hate to be on the opposing team.

Laci and her team did an incredible job during my divorce. They kept me levelheaded and focused when I would be leaning to come off the hinges. I never once felt inadequate, or that I wasn't their top priority. My time with them was always valued and never wasted. Response time, when I had questions or concerns, was always quick and compassionate. I am sure I asked the same questions a hundred times but was always answered with professionalism and courtesy. Thank you both for "holding my hand" through this process and making a terrible situation more manageable.

Office staff (Kristal) at Rendon Legal, PLLC was extremely helpful/knowledgeable/expedient and kind from the first time i walk in the door. I called with a question; it was answered. I needed documentation; it was sent. We were unsure how or where to proceed, as the prior attorney (Wrote the will) had retired. Kristal sold the office and we were not disappointed.
