Mr Gallagher I am the business owner and I have not spoken with you concerning this matter. I HAVE NEVER bounced escrow checks and any assertions are libelous. I have been in practice for over 30 years and have never ever ever bounced a trust account check. I ask this be amended to remove such. We do not nor have we ever had an account with Chase Bank. I have no idea who you are and I have never talked to you in my life. I am sorry, but I assure you and whoever reads this I have never spoken to this person. I also have never had any trust account issues.
