Discussed case, gave the deposit for services, was immediately handed off to a very incompetent lawyer (unknowingly) in his firm who did not communicate with me prior or after cases unless I called.......never had a clear understanding of process, come to find out she had been "quiet quitting" and had failed to communicate with the courts......finally called by Tim, apologized for the mishandling of the case, followed by "you should have let me know".........ah that's your job to manage your cases......I hired you, you dropped ball.......Advise not to use this firm.

Tim Rensch has represented me in multiple cases over the years. He handled my suspended imposition, a few battery charges, an aggravated assault charge, and a few other things. He is a fantastic lawyer. He showed up to court for all my arrainments, just to intimidate the DA. He has gotten me out of all the major troubles ive been in. That doesn't mean i never had to do any time, nor that i wasnt comvicted of any crimes, because i was. But he got me the best deal he could every single time. And when i was innocent, he made damn sure to prove it.

John Rusch was our lawyer and he was exceptional. This was one of those crazy cases that should never have involved cops, but it did. John navigated the Diversion Program resulting in 10 Hours of community service and the whole thing goes away. I hope never to have to see John again, but well worth the money.
