My wife and I spoke with Mr.Boylan and Miss boylan on a few occasions after those conversations they asked us to send them 400 in check form to look at our case upon receipt of the money Mr.Boylan said he was going in for a surgery procedure And would get back to us with in two weeks. We'll with that being said this was over 3 months ago and now they don't answer to emails or phone calls. So we are people of limited means and this company took advantage of us and will now not return and messages. Stay clear of this place and save your money as they will not help you.

I have to say the Boylan team is outstanding... I was having tons of issues with my lawyer Who would charge me for Just saying hi... The first time I called them I knew Boylen would be a perfect match for me. You get one free phone consultation and Marie and Lonnie are Very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this law firm. When no one else would help us and told us our case was “unwinnable”, they told us to let them see what they could do. After longs years of struggle and much effort on their part, we WON!!! Not only did we win, we won BIG!!! There were countless number of appeals involved and several layers of paperwork submission and resubmission. There was nothing but encouragement received from this firm and it was much needed. The OWCP was literally stomping all over us at every turn. They had us out numbered, out maneuvered, and more regulations that Carter has Liver Pills. We just couldn't cope. We were very close to nervous breakdowns, I think. They were just leaving him writhing in pain. Not helping at all. I accidentally met Mr. Boylan and he was very kind. I remembered him later. We were at our wit's end trying to navigate thru the chaos and boiling cauldron of OWCP. I got back in contact and asked him for help. I was referred to Boylan and Associates by a friend that had used their services. My benefits had been terminated by OWCP, as they relied solely on the 2nd opinion physicians report in making their determination. Lonnie found numerous errors regarding my case which did not properly follow OWCP guidelines, and outlined them thoroughly in an ECAP appeal... I received a call from Marie yesterday notifying me that OWCP's termination decision had been reversed! It was interesting to find that in the ECAP decision, they only eluded to one fact; that there was a conflict between my treating physician and the SECOP, and that a referee exam should have taken place. I guess when a finding is so obvious, there's no reason to address the other errors that Lonnie outlined in my ECAP. Would have made for some good reading though!! Many thanks to Boylan and Associates for the professional service they provided, and for the WIN!! Lonnie expressed to me at the beginning of all of this that they didn't expect me to fight... My experience with both Marie and Lonnie has been exceptional. My claim has been unnecessarily difficult but the information and genuine care allowed me to know that there is good everywhere. They are not just good but are exceptionally good. Please seek them out and you'll feel it as soon as you contact them.

My husband and I contacted Boylan and Associates in Feb 2018. They did a free initial consultation during which they provided sound advice and counsel. The Boylans were very professional and clearly explained their fixed rate pricing and what was included. We plan on moving forward with their representation bc of their extensive knowledge and excellent experience.

So, after nearly 4 years after my initial claim was submitted I finally had it accepted with the help of Boylan and associates.  I hired them after two and a half years of frustration and denials.  It took over a year, but Lonnie helped me sort out my claims and prepare the proper evidence needed to support my injury.  He explained to me what kind of evidence the claims examiner would accept and what they wouldn't.  He was right! Now, it's been two months since my claim was accepted and Lonnie and Marie are still in my corner fighting.  I've been trying to submit nearly four years of doctors bills and mileage but they were getting denied because the claims examiner hadn't updated the fact that the claim was accepted in the system and did not write the waiver to tell the claims department it was alright to accept claims older than a year.  Once again, Lonnie's knowledge of the system helped get this problem sorted out and we finally got the CE to do his job.  Now I'm starting to get my bills processed. Lonnie is also still fighting to make sure my back pay is done correctly.  I know he's been staying on top of the CE to make sure my pay is processed correctly and I get periodic updates from Marie to let me know what's going on.  The two of them have taken sooo much stress off of me.  Their friendship and professionalism are first rate and I don't know what I would have done without them.   I've recommended them to other federal employees who have been injured and didn't know their rights.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you as well.  They don't cut corners, they don't make things up or try to game the system; Lonnie just flat out knows what he is doing and if you follow his directions your claim will get accepted.  No games, no avoiding calls, no having to check up on them.  Even when I haven't heard from them in a while, I know they are still fighting for me.  Marie will give me an update and I know everything is well. If you need help with OWCP and FECA then Boylan and associates is the only place you need to go.

They care about their clients!!!! They make sure the case taken care of. They help me alot. They are very caring Christian family. I will recommend them to anyone that need helps!!!!😀

It appears Alicia B is an upset millennial who didn't get her way. Now she's doing everything she can to hurt the Boylans. I followed her profile and looked at her Yelp page and she is appearing to flame Boylan and Associates because she didn't bother to look at their own web page and read that they don't service the New York office. She also said she wanted to retain an attorney! Mr. Boylan is NOT an attorney. It says so on their web site. From her tone and her other posts, Alicia B is just a bitter person who tries to harm people through social media when she doesn't get her way. She needs to grow up! Life isn't always about YOU! I'm positive if the Boylan's practiced in New York, they would have done everything they could for her, just like the did for me. It's a sad state when a crybaby can hurt a business just for spite. I've known the Boylans for several years and they were a great help in getting my FECA claim accepted. I was stuck for a long time and kept getting denial after denial. I tried finding an attorney to help, but most of them never heard of FECA or OWCP. They were mostly used to dealing with Workers Comp Insurance Companies; a completely different situation. FECA is not insurance, it's the law. But it's administered by bureaucrats who mainly look for any reason to deny your claim. But they don't really explain why. After retaining Boylan and associates, I learned there was a lot more in the claims examiner's handbook than was explained in the law. Lonnie knows the handbook inside and out. He also knows the cases from before that have been accepted and helps you and your doctors write your claim in the language the claims examiners can understand. He and his wife Marie make a great team and helped me get my claim accepted. I'm sorry Alicia B is so bitter. It's clear she didn't even bother to read their web site and just assumed she would get what she wants by arguing with them. Don't listen to her. If you need help with your FECA claim, don't waste time. Call Lonnie and hire him as soon as you can. It will be well worth it!

Hello, Last year I was told my injury was denied from OWCP even though they had the MIR showing the budging disks. I tried to do everything OWCP asked of me but they just kept denying my claim, then I found Boylan and Associates. They told me right off that they will only take me on if they could win, after me telling them my story they agreed to take me on as a client. This is not the normal retainer that will just agree to take your money and then you hope that you win. From the first they got to work helping me with my doctor, claims examiner and their supervisor when things got delayed several weeks. They went above and beyond what was in our contract to ensure that I got what I deserve. It took several months and lots of OWCP waiting games and not answering phone/letters but they never gave up and keep pushing until I got my claim accepted. Obviously they can not guarantee that you will win but they will put their heart and soul into doing everything they can think of to help you! During my whole time working with them they have always responded quickly and with kind words when things seemed hopeless. If you ever end up in a horrible position of being on the bad side of OWCP call Boylan and Associates. They are worth every penny and I THANK GOD everyday for them.

This office is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! & MARIE is very rude, and very condescending. I called on 1/19/17 in search of an attorney, and Marie called back and abruptly said that I had called in December of 2016, and they only give one free consult so they would not give me another. I informed Marie that I was not calling for a consult, but to retain an attorney. At that time she changed her story and said they don’t take New York cases and it’s stated very clearly on their website. I responded that I was unaware, since I didn’t check their website. Her attitude immediately changed, her tone changed, and she addressed me with a WELL WE CAN’T HELP YOU. Thank GOD I did NOT retain your services in 2016 or in 2018! Why would I want to hire such demeaning and mean people. GOD BLESS YOU MARIE, you are so unhappy, and miserable.
